Shipping

All items in the category “Ready to Ship” are dispatched as quickly as possible once your order is received.

For all other pieces, please note that they are made to order garments, crafted with care and attention to detail.

Production typically takes 15 to 20 business days. 

Occasionally, unforeseen delays may occur, and in rare cases, your item might take a few extra days to arrive. We sincerely appreciate your patience and trust in our craftsmanship.

All orders are shipped via fast delivery services. 

The shipping cost for Italy is 9€. 

For other EU countries and Israel it varies, depending on the weight of the package.

*If you live in Torino, we can arrange a pick up option for you, just send us an email.

Returns

You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it and receive a full refund. 

If you want to return an order, simply send us an email to notify us.

You can return only garments that are unused, in perfect condition and with the original clothing label.

Because we are such a small, independent brand, return shipping costs are on the customer. 

Returns submitted after 14 days cannot be refunded.

The right of withdrawal, which allows customers to return a product within 14 days of purchase without explanation, does not apply to made to order items as these are sewn specifically for the customer.

Payments information

All our garments are handmade and sold through occasional, small-scale sales. 

We process each order personally to ensure the highest quality and care.

You can pay securely using the following methods:

  1. PayPal & Card Payments
    Pay safely via PayPal, which also allows credit or debit card payments. PayPal is fast, secure, and trusted worldwide.

  2. SatisPay
    If you prefer, you can pay via SatisPay. After placing your order, you will receive a Satispay request to complete the payment.. Please include your phone number in the order to receive the SatisPay request.
     

Important Notes:

  • All payments are handled securely.

  • Once your payment is received, we will process your order and send a confirmation email.

  • These sales are occasional and handmade, so processing may take a few days.
